RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:ROCYou're right that DIR has diversified into the US. DIR also has a new CEO (Brian Pauls) who comes from a real estate family. His family company (PaulsCorp) is an industrial real estate developer in the US and it will likely prove to be a nice pipeline for vend-in acquisitions to the REIT. I have met Brian a couple times and he's a great guy, should increase the capital markets presence. In terms of a buyout of DIR, I wouldn't count on it any time soon. DIR is one of a couple REITs under the Dream Asset Management platform and it seems they are placing a higher emphasis on the buyout of Dream Office units. GLTA
