We are missing numbers here

We are missing numbers hereto determine the total future share count of the new company. If CANN has 20% of the future shares of the company, which is approximately 50 million shares, and their partner will have 80% of the company, then that would make the new total share count closer to 450 million shares? I understand the math that people are using by simply dividing the $200 million by $0.165/share to reach the new share count of over 1 billion shares. We are missing something here, like the value the other future acquisitions will bring to the current SP prior to the deal closing? Thoughts? In my opinion only. Thanks-Buda.
