Nothing to worry about.Bluehoo is just a bitter IFR holder. There is no mention of banning shale drilling. They wouldn't have any way of reaching their independence target.

Pemex isn't commenting because it's not going to fan the flames either way. If Obrador did say it, it certainly is being exploited by shorters. It looks to be all aimed at Natural Gas.

I'll say it again. They will not risk the migration contract, and this would be a huge disaster for Mexico. given the pressure of an unfriendly neighbour up north. The contract will be migrated, and the original contracts will be respected. Future contracts may be less forgiving, but Pemex is in absolutely NO condition to provide the supply Obrador wants. 

This is great news for ROE, especially if they build a relationship with Obrador.
