Lockheed didn't waste their time but will it lead to a commercial agreement with revenue.  Elcora has knowledge but will they be able to make a sellable product?  and will they be the first or the third.
All of us would have expected to see at least some sales of graphite ... No income leads to dillution = more shares.

Maby they have a good strategy ... Who knows.  Certainly not me.  You?

PS: don't want to break down Elcora but after all we all put some money in it and would be nice to know something.  SOMETHING.
