RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Some ObservationsAnother way I am looking at this as a current Lineage investor is that owning 20% of a company estimated as having a value of $200,000,000 USD is worth giving up 80% of current Lineage with a current market valuation of about $9,000,000 CAD, regardless of the ultimate total share count of the new company after this deal completes. To me this is a case of Lineage management monetizing the BUDD public corporate entity and their ability to access capital for profitable growth of Harborside. All this while gaining a strong entry point in the California market.

Bottom line, this is instantly accreditive to current BUDD stockholders while affording great potential for profitable growth. That's my view without getting caught up in arguments over share count math.
