RE:RE:*******RCG. 1:50 REVERSE SPLIT*******
Hi Leigh
I just want to say thanks for your high quality posts. It is the only source of actual Information about the company for months now, so I and every other shareholder who has read your posts appreciate you taking the time to source and provide it.
Although Dufferin has not gone to plan so far in part due to breakdowns, bad weather, if this is now supposedly remedied and Dufferin is ready to go into full production short of a cash balance to get it going again, I fail to see why they would be unable to raise the amount of cash needed when the project is so close.
Unless the insiders already know at this point proceeding with Dufferin is pointless, to me it seems the complete lack of action here is a failure of management and is a reflection of a ship without a captain so to speak.
To have let RCG get to this point with no Dufferin update for 8 months, no market update for 5 months, no CEO, an acting CEO and managment that seems to be spending the bare minimum time necessary to fullfill their duty and now a failure at this point to have any sort of communication to shareholders with a plan to raise funds and get this project over the line, all of this reflects poorly and completely on the management of the company. There have also been other points along the way that reflected poorly on managment and all the deal makers involved with this project.
Although it is not directly managements fault that Dufferin has not produced, the failures that have happened in the management of RCG for the last 2 years can only reflect in one way.
I refused to sell when there was and still is a complete vacuum of information and there was every chance that Dufferin was proceeding fine. I don't see how Dufferin can succeed if the managment and the continued failure up until now remains in place.
Such a shame really as I had (and probably still do) high hopes that Dufferin would be a great success.
