financing and off-take agreem are a jokeWe do not need either of these right now and that is no joke , we have enough money to get the mine and refinery  mill up and running .  The second refiney does not have to be built untill later in 2019 .. Fortune minerals reports that they have buyers asking to just produce from the first refiney and mill and the buyers would finish the removable of arsenic . I have no reason to believe Fortune would be misleading its stockholders ..

What we need is for eCobalt management to come out and tell the world that this is indead fact and the market will take care of the share price .
