RE:WTFThinly traded. The longs do not want to sell. Probably, the shorts are having a feast. 

This is is the reason why folks get turned away from the stock market. Complete manipulation and nothing based on fundamentals. 

So to answer the Qs - there is no explaination - reasonable or otherwise. 

Everyday someone wakes up and says I will sell 100 shares to bring it lower. 


Company may choose to keep the cash on the books instead of buying back shares due to all the work on the acquisitions. Maybe some big player from US or international looks at it and thinks it is an attractive purchase.
