Salaries and benefits increased from $342,442 to $509,923 mainly due to year end salary adjustments and contractual bonuses for several employees which rolled over into the current period.

Doing less...

Shareholder communication decreased from $330,877 to $153,380 mainly due to timing of roadshows as well as the termination of contracts with certain shareholder communication service providers.
