RE:Vote...

RE:Vote...
Submitted my yes vote. We are one hour before the fight starts and people are placing their bets. It's gonna be vicious, but I'm confident in where my money is placed. Canopy is ready to move - up, overseas, everywhere. It would be insane to see a "No" outcome. Weed is going to be disruptive in many industries. And the world is setting the stage. Big pharma has shot itself in the foot by destroying lives. The opiate crisis is killing people, and it started with narcotics for pain. Now its a train wreck and people are waking up to it. A viable alternative is coming about and there will be no way to stop it. Big pharma will get in on this. Alcohol industry is feeling threatened. Cannabis-infused drinks that are well-made can cut into their profits. They know it, and have invested rather than fight the tide. I dont smoke weed. But I used to - heavily. My least favourite part? Having to go to a dealer. Meeting in back alleys. Travelling across the city. Being at the mercy of their schedule. (They are people, after all). Or when a reliable dealer stopped selling because it wasn't worth the time or risk. Dealers often dont make as much as people would think. legalization and the convenience of having a pot shop across the street will cut into black market profits. Many dealers will quit because it won't be as lucrative. Cannabis for anxiety, depression, insomnia, anorexia, etc etc etc. Mass-produced hemp. A highly-sustainable and versatile alternative to trees (the opposite), and other products. I could go on, but all I can say is I can't wait to see this go down.
