If OptiSar isn't happening, most of Vancouver has got to go.

Employee Count:
Mar 29, 2016: 113 Vancouver, 32 US, 93 Spain -- direct costs $15m/q, wages $6.2m/q
Dec 30, 2016: 112 Vancouver, 16 US, 118 Spain -- direct costs ~$13m/q, wages $5m/q
Mar 27, 2017: 107 Vancouver, 6 US, 109 Spain -- direct costs ~$11m/q, wages $4.5m/q
Apr 2, 2018: 86 Vancouver, 5 US, 1 UK, 107 Spain -- direct costs ~$10m/q, wages $5m/q

Wages still inflated relative to head count. Possibly severance packages? Direct costs could believably come down next quarter.
