Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:BNN

RE:RE:RE:BNNThe thing that pisses me off the most about the NUU deal is that he now appears to be gun shy.  An acquisition of TRST or HEXO would be transformational for APH, putting them back in the conversation with the big boys.  But after being b_tch slapped by NUU, I suspect he is too afraid to make a big move regardless of the obviouse sense and how accretive it may be.  Such a shame because I still consider the Broken Coast purchase as one of, if not THE, best acquisition in the sector yet.
