RE:Regarding Warrants.... From ceo.caToo bad he doesn't have a clue what he's talking about. The first warrants to expire don't come up until July 17, 2019. You can exercise a warrant on the day you receive it, if you wish, but if you exercise within the four month hold period, the new share certificate will have the hold legend added on it, too. You can't short against a warrant, but you can certainly short to exercise one. And you can obviously cover the short with the new share certificate. But none of this has sweet f all to do with the short term trading we've seen. Warrant time is any time, up to their expiry date.
That said, the July 2019 warrants have an acceleration clause that would give them a 20 day expiry period following 10 consecutive closes above 0.50. That could lead to some negative pressure on the SP until that overhang gets cleared.
