Merger? Takover? BSQR

Merger? Takover? BSQRIn the past we often compared ITC with  BSQR - partly due to Tracys history there befor his resignation in Feb. 05 - and due to some similarities in their businesses.

BSQR has come down considerably - we now have a larger market cap than they do.

You would think there could be synergies/savings  there with these two joining forces - they are both in the IOT space, and engineering services.

BSQR has been bleeding cash - but they are generating pretty good revenues, and they are looking at ways to save cash.

ITC has already been down this road and are leaner (need to be meaner) and operating at least at positive EBITDA- so they have some experience of how to do this.

The combined company would have north of 125 million in revenues - enough to attract some attention.

And we could dump some directors - keep some from both camps - thereby lowering that drag on earnings.

Thoughts?
