Effect of PBI-4050 on the Pharmacokinetics of Midazolam in Heathy Adult Subjects.


Midazolam is used to induce drowsyness in patients scheduled for surgery.  It induces forgetfulness.

What in hell is going on here?  PLI said they were  going to be more focused.  Sounds more like a fishing expedition to see  if PBI - 4050 works somewhere.  This seems like a big waste of money.
