Golden Sky Minerals Corp V.AUEN

Alternate Symbol(s):  LCKYF

Golden Sky Minerals Corp. is a Canada-based junior grassroots explorer company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, assessment, exploration, and development of mineral properties located in highly prospective areas and mining-friendly districts. Its mandate is to develop its portfolio of properties to the mineral resource stage through systematic exploration. Its drill-ready properties include Hotspot and Lucky Strike, both in Yukon, Canada. In addition, the drill-ready Rayfield Copper-Gold Property in southern British Columbia, and the staking of the Auden Property in Ontario, add to the Company's substantial early-stage Canadian property pipeline. The Hot Spot Property is located approximately 100 kilometers south of Dawson, Yukon. The Rayfield Property is located approximately 20 kilometers east of 70 Mile House, British Columbia, Canada. The Auden property lies at or near the boundary between the Wabigoon and the Quetico Sub provinces.

NEAR SURFACE OXIDE GOLD DISCOVERY WHITE GOLD DISTRICT

NEAR SURFACE OXIDE GOLD DISCOVERY WHITE GOLD DISTRICT
Lucky Strike Property:

• The Lucky Strike property covers more than 150 square km in total and is contiguous with Kinross’ Golden Saddle property in a mining district that has seen over 7,000,000 oz of gold discovered since 2007 and is located in a jurisdiction ranked third for Canadian mining investment attractiveness by The Fraser Institute – June 2016.

• There is excellent access to the Lucky Strike property by road (the Coffee Creek Mine access road crosses the Lucky Strike property in two places) as well as two barge landings for river access and a permitted airstrip on the property, with a large maintained airstrip in close proximity.

• GSR has a five year advanced exploration permit in place for Lucky Strike.

• The geological setting of the Lucky Strike property is similar to that of Kinross’ Golden Saddle and Goldcorp’s Coffee, and Lucky Strike compares very favourably with those properties in terms of grade, geology, geochemistry, structure, size, orientation and location.

• Five large gold-in-soil anomalies have been discovered at Lucky Strike along a 10 kilometre long gold trend delineated by soil sampling, geophysics, prospecting and bedrock trenching followed by an inaugural 1,000 metre drill program in 2017 which returned 5.36 g/t gold over 22m in hole 9 and intersected near surface gold mineralization in all 9 holes. These results are considered significant when compared to the Golden Saddle discovery hole of 4.1 g/t gold over 18m and the Coffee discovery drill hole of 17.07 g/t gold over 15.5m.

• The anomaly in the Monte Carlo Zone measures 1450 meters by 450 meters and the Belmont Zone anomaly measures 1500 by 800 meters, and both zones remain open. Either zone is large enough in scale to host a deposit the likes of either the Golden Saddle deposit or Goldcorp’s Supremo Zone. The others three anomalies are the Samson zone, measuring 600 by 300 m, the Boss zone, measuring 1,000 by 1,000 m and the Maverick zone, measuring 150 x 200 m, all of which remain open.

• The property is drained by several gold bearing placer creeks with long history of production. Soil sampling and trenching has been a prime tool in locating mineralized areas in the unglaciated White Gold District, and results from trenches in the Monte Carlo Zone at Lucky Strike are similar to those seen in the initial discovery trenches at both Coffee Creek and the Golden Saddle that led to the drilling of those deposits: o The Golden Saddle discovery trench returned a gold grade of 1 g/t gold over 40 m, and the discovery hole returned 4.35 g/t gold over 18 m. o One of Kaminak’s 2009 original discovery trenches at Coffee Creek (Trench 4) showed that the longest interval of gold mineralization in the Supremo Zone returned 0.4 g/t gold over 100 m. o Goldstrike’s 2016 discovery trench in the Monte Carlo Zone at Lucky Strike returned 0.42 g/t gold over 154 m, including 0.76 grams per tonne gold over 78 metres, including 3 grams per tonne gold over 8 metres. Other trenches on Monte Carlo have produced bedrock samples of 5 8 gpt gold over 6.8 m and 2.73 gpt gold over 12 m, including 4.02 gpt fold over 8 m.

• One grab sample from the Boss Zone assayed 41.7 grams per tonne gold. Visible gold was observed in rock at Samson Zone, where trenching returned assays including 0.32 grams per tonne gold over 12 metres (including 0.41 grams per tonne gold over 6 metres).
