RE:still speculationThere is no argument, right now almost everything is conjecture - but not actually everything. We know they are  essentailly broke, we know the satffing at Dufferin has plummeted, we know they are not producing what tthey had hoped. We also know they can't refinance at current levels without consolidation, which provides current equivalent levels. That conjecture is a big part of why i am trying to assess and discuss the most likely possibilities and not draw absolute conclusions; the necessary information simply isn't available.

The discussion of possibilities, and why they are seen as such, does have merit though; it allows us to extrapolate from what we are seeing happen, and in doing so, hopefully be able to react quicker when something actually changes and also learn from it for other investments.
