The Rivers joint venture with 80 proprietary genetic strains, the longest running extraction facilities in the US, an available network system in Canada in every province, global reach at IPO stage, not a bad exit strategy for the Canopy co-ceo's as well. Sunniva Canadian facility could be able to support the flagship California campus with producing non -THC (below yet to be determined US federal limits) medical cannabis products and supplementary extraction services. A company such as Epidiolex for example, would need to execute supply deals with these type of vertical integration businesses (addressable supply,processing, sales and distribution) in at least the existing major legal markets in the US.
