A) I am a business associate of the former Chair of the board and at the time the he was the largest non-founding shareholder. $1.15 was teh lowest price offered to NON accredited investors and there was a 10K maximum investment. I am steadfast in my point the only reason this company exists is to pay a bunch of guys a massive sallary for doing nothing. 

They have NEVER returned a cent to shareholders.

They have NEVER created a cent in sharholder value.

However they are likely at a lobster house eating steaks and drinking craft beer thanks to the idiots to financed their saleries at 40c a share.
