waht the hell happened here?i remember when this company a few months ago were rounding up some money via private placements..  you'd think getting a share of the company BEFORE it goes public would be good (I'm sure in many cases it is!).  but when this one opened on the exchange, it's consistently been going down.

disaster?? or what?

what the hell is going on?
