RE:RE:Serious question I'd like to know ?Well said!!  I am sure many of us are in over our heads....me included!! lmao  That being said, it is a calculated risk and at the end of the day we all know you need money to make money.  Even if he took a 20k loan, the chances of him loosing every cent is almost impossible.  At the end of day he's got better chances on making some decent return.  But hey, the risk is always there!!
