The Company owns 91% of AMA, and 100% of Infused MFG LLC Infused.

RE:Whats the deal on the other 9% of AMA?See the MD&A, the 9% is privately held by owners of the rto'd assets. Acquisition of it was contemplated when they were talking about an Infused spin off, which is no longer under consideration. Publically anyways...
