RE:RE:Financials don't lie! The CEO of CVSI (Joseph Dowling) has a distinguished past and I doubt he would have enabled such a fraud or misrepresentation to occur. The fact the this item is under investigation does not mean the Company has done anything wrong. I anticipate JD will respond to the allegations prior to tomorrow's market opening and the shares will open materially higher (ie $6+).
