Yes, this is one of the two "new Brains".
Last time the S/P was in the $2.60 the other "Brain" was dumping.

Remember the big talk of them years ago about the low S/P...the unhappy investors....the consolidation in order to get Fundmanagers to invest in the company!!!!

All just talk to get on the Board...and sit at the table to feed!!!
