In addition, the Company granted Dr. Taylor and Dr. Lakey options to acquire up to 35,000 of its common shares in aggregate. The options vested on August 15, 2018, and may be exercised at a price of $0.58 per share expiring on August 15, 2020.

In addition, on August 15, 2018, the Company granted an option to acquire up to 2,825,820 common shares to its Chief Executive Officer. The option vested immediately and may be exercised at a price of $0.58 per share expiring on August 15, 2020.
