Some things to ponder... 1. Last October, ES made investments in KAI and DEG. Then, November 1st says at the Jekyll Island keynote speech that QH told him 'We've got 90%'. At that time, you could safely assume DEG and KAI got most of that other 10%. Then -6 months later- he makes an investment in PAC.
90% my *s$...
2. Try placing yourself in ES' shoes. Before this Pilbara gold rush, being 72 years of age and with quite a remarkable carreer and investment track record.
Given his KL involvement and the direction he helped steer this in, should he retire now (at his peak), he'll easily be remembered as one of the best PM inestors -if not THE best. A nice legacy to leave behind...
Now -being Eric Sprott- why on earth start placing heavy unabated and still recent bets with his own and other people's (KL shareholders) money?
