New BOD

New BODI was looking at Adam Vore's bio, 'most innovative deal of the year from marine money' and 'deal of the year from Banker magazine'. the marine money appears to have something to do with an SSW
deal.  Vore had previous ties with Chu.....creative financing will work if executed properly but the question remains the same, will these guys make shareholders money?
