The Company owns 91% of AMA, and 100% of Infused MFG LLC Infused.

Further, TGIF does not brand or sell 'Friday Night' / TGIF based products.

AMA - alternative medicine association or Infused Manufacturing, are the only branded names you see on products (excluding licensing deals).

The coincidence is inconsequential and meaningless...
