Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

they can produce all they want- as of today they are going to need one heck of an inventory control because they will be storing at least half of it.  Not to mention their last gem saying their capex is going to be huge going forward.  So you tell me how profitable they will be based on their oversupply and overspending.  And that my friends is your poison pill- management has buried this company which was once the darling of the sector now it has a disease that is infecting the whole company
