RE:RE:RE:OCS deliveries
Hey Opt :)

Thanks for the info about only being able to buy online within our personal provinces/territories. I have not yet heard that. Ontario here. A place to discover. :) I got to reading the OCS faq link which someone posted on this board, and now see that ID checks and signatures will be the case for the OCS online retail distribution model.

Carrier and Clerk employees are not formally informed about cannabis products being shipped. Though, we do get wiffs :) every now and then, and with that see cannabis volume climbing. They have definitely improved packaging cannabis, to conceal the smell of marijuana. If the smell coming from a package is obvious, it's usually a package from joe at the end of the couch sending to his buddy joe at the end of the couch, illegaly. Some of these packages from joe to joe smell up sections of the processing plant. lol

Within black markets, and there are many, products do end up in community mailboxes. My friend has a medical license and yes, they require her ID and signature. Once privatization/legal rec evolves, I too am guessing not every package will be "signature required".

I like the option to use community mailboxes for convenience. Are they secure enough? I don't know. Should we worry that someone or some child is going to know the exact date in which a user has an order dropped into their community box and breaks in? I don't think so at this time.
