The Company owns 91% of AMA, and 100% of Infused MFG LLC Infused.

A lot of unknowns...
Fact is, I've been pretty accurate calling direction of this companies SP direction the last 12 months. 

Don't mistake expectations for a companies long-term viability with opportunity to profit from short to mid-term market direction.
