The ontario annoucement was great.
As we get closer to legalization, other province will start to announce their official deals with quantities and everything.
I don't beleive hip is a penny stock, I checked the up website I like the branding as well "sleep" "relax" and everything.  I am not a user but it looks appealing to me.
