RADIENT ANNOUNCES UPSIZE OF ITS PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED BOUGHT DEAL OFFERING TO $21.6M AND CONCURRENT PRIVATE PLACEMENT FOR UP TO AN ADDITIONAL $15M
Radient Technologies Inc. has entered into an underwriting agreement with a syndicate of underwriters led by Canaccord Genuity Corp., and including GMP Securities LP and Laurentian Bank Securities Inc., to increase the size of the previously announced bought deal offering to an offering of 18 million units of the company at a price of $1.20 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $21.6-million. The underwriters have been granted the option to purchase up to an additional 2.7 million units, exercisable in whole or in part, at any time up to 30 days following the closing of the upsized offering.
