Could someone help clarify please

Could someone help clarify pleasejust had a question about the warrants, please excuse my ignorance.  The HIP.WT.A  warrants if i decide to exercise them above 1.00, will one warrant enable me to purchase one common share or is there a 1:2 ration or something of the like?  Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
