RE:RE:RE:RE:A Virtual Cold One For Esprit1Well even a broken clock is right twice a day.  Id rather be wrong though.

Hard to tell prospective investors the company is undervalued when insiders are selling.

Insider selling has really hamstrung us in my opinion.

Either the insiders are profiteering on their cheap shares for easy money at the expense of shareholders, or the insiders are such poor money managers of thier personal finances that they need to desperately sell shares to get access to capital.

My guess is that both have come into play, and niether puts the board in a good light.

I wonder what the point of buying back "undervalued" shares with shareholder capital is, when you then turn around and award more shares out of the treasury to insiders in the form of at the money options, that are then dumped back into the market, without concern of the impact on the share price.

Rinse and repeat.

The only director that  will get my vote will be Mr. Rees.  We need a clean sweep.

Unfortunatley Mr Marks holds quite a few shares still, despite dumping half a million of them last year, and as such he offsets alot of individual shareholders.
