RE:RE:Another Newby......Please explain to me why management/insiders that own lots of stock, options & warrants would sell the company for way less than what it is worth?  Would they not be screwing themselves as much as us stockholders?  Human nature says they get as much as they possibly can if/when a buyout comes around.
