If there is no competition, you can charge whatever the current going rate is with a slight discount to maintain a preferential advantage. So even if the 1 hour treatment costs only $15,000, there is nothing stopping TLT and/or a urologist from charging $150,000 or whatever is the going rate. That's business. That price would then only drop if there is competition in the space with an equivalent product/service (which there isn't).
