The Company owns 91% of AMA, and 100% of Infused MFG LLC Infused.

I am the one who's been saying I think they'll fail to fully subscribe and you want to bet me on that, yet, you set your variable as a failure to full subscription? lol

$12m or more by week's end (meaning the offering closes by end of day tomorrow) - I'll take that bet.
