The Company's services include Horizon Drilling, Stoneham Drilling, Eagle Well Servicing and Aero Rental Services. Its contract drilling business includes drilling rigs along with related ancillary equipment. Its production services business includes well servicing rigs and related equipment, as well as rental equipment. It markets a fleet of approximately 41 drilling rigs specifically suited for drilling complex horizontal wells across Canada and the United States. The Company operates around 63 well servicing rigs. Its drilling rigs can include features such as AC power, top drive, dual fuel, automated pipe handling, automated catwalk, hydraulic substructure levelling, hydraulic BOP handling and Range III tubulars.

Ron has co-founded several companies including Calfrac Well Services and Western Energy Services. He remains chair of both companies.

Email investor relations and he can confirm....

.....Words from investor relations at WESC are that this brings up a total of over 7 million shares just this past year that management and board of directors acquired...total invested interest and holdings from them is now 19% ..... This behaviour from them is a great sign....at these levels I feel pretty good... I can wait.
