Well, I believe the market cap for ICC is substantially lower than what it was for CMED and Leaf, so I don't think they will really be going for the huge share dilution to the point where we will be swapping out our shares again.

As for a listing on the U.S. boards, haven't really heard anything at all as their priorities seems to be with gobbling or partnering up with more and more companies.  Their main concern seems to be on both vertical and horizontal itergration right now.

As for a foreign stock market listing, I have also heard London being mentioned although that doesn't seem to make much sense to me form both a Canadian and American investing point of view where virtually all of the trading is taking place right now.
