In some respect as much as Diamond repeats himself, there is some truth in his statement.

Canopy drives the market. "The Mj sector is on a roll today, with Canopy up 5%, 6,% etc". "The MJ sector is under pressure today with Canopy down 5%, 6% etc." end of story, no other LPs are mentioned.

If Canopy goes up, other LPs normally benefit. If ICC jumped 15% in most cases no other LP would benefit.

Canopy is what retail investors hear over and over and over again.

Now, a large portion of my portfolio is ICC. Their investor deck is fantastic and I see great potential. (Before anyone starts bashing on me, LOL)

But don't be fooled being a follower on retail investment as not the same as being a follower in what the company is setting out to do. ICC will move up the pecking order as their operations and market matures.
