After we are issued the Mining Permit for Molo the constant negative opinions heard on this board will finally be quashed. One must consider that NextSource provided the funds and performed the work which has shown Molo's Graphite is an excellent material.
The Enviromental Permit will quickly follow.
Posco/Samsung are looking for a quality graphite material to enhance their high quality batteries and Molo's SuperFlake will help them attain that goal. Thus an off-take agreement concerning Molo's Graphite is a excellent possibility.

When such an off-take comes into play Posco/Samsung can consider providing NextSource the funds to build the $18.4 million Modular Mine. Payment to Posco/Samsung could be structured to cover the total of $18.4 million by providing that dollar amount in SuperFlake Graphite product over a 4 to 5 year period at 2% interest -paid annually- with the remaining SuperFlake Graphite product.
NextSource has 490.6 million shares after the recent non-brokerd placement of 8/20/2018.
In the future when they desire to expand the Molo and the Green Giant Mines, two new companies can replace NextSource, one would be Molo Graphite, the other Green Giant Vanadium. Each would have 245.3 tradable shares and both would be under NextSource management. All existing shares will still be held by existing shareholders, but equally spread between two new companies with high potentails.
Such would give all the ability to act according to -time and situation. Shareholders would have the ability to act accordingly.
