It owns a portfolio of over 56 properties in the United States, comprised of 53 assisted living and memory care facilities and three skilled nursing facilities. In Canada, the Company owns an interest in four seniors housing assets.

RE:RE:Book value per share $11.38?Must say I don’t really get why it is only trading at current levels. Wherever I look it is indicated as a solid buy. AFFO payout very low at only 73.7% for Q2. Analysts target prices range from $12.15 to 13.80. And if you compare to NWH.UN, that is trading at 1.27x BV, IVQ.U should be trading at $14.45…..I am long on this one and unless I am missing something this will have to fly at some point right??
