For full details of the Private Placement.  Posts here around those dates have further detail , discussion, and speculation.

News is blacked out during financings, so with that done, it is time for drill results.

Speculation:  The geologists are not Insiders (officers & directors).  I am not sure how they are affected by a news blackout, or whether some sort of "Chinese Wall"  was in place and which side they were on.  I mean was there a Chinese Wall with management on one side, and geologists on the other?  Or, was the Chinese Wall between all corporate staff and the assayer?  If the drill rigs are run by a 3rd party, was the news wall there?  It's a good question, I don't know.

Several hints:  After the Private Placement closing was announced on Aug. 14th, in James' Korelin interview released the 18th, he said drills were either on-site, or were turning.  I don't know what Phase of the program they were on.

2nd hint, Some geologist staffers put around $120,000 in the private placement.  I wonder what news they had at that point, when they bought  ~ 600,000 units.  Were they subject to news blackouts?  Possibly not.
