could not guarantee securing any rights after bankruptcy. The competition then might be even more brutal. It would be a foolish strategy for a potential partner.
But If there is only one party interested yes. It would put us in a weak position. I have to trust there is more than one interested party despite the long history of doubtful clarity. The market is saying it won't wait and continues to fall.
