If nothing else, the exploration opens up options for the company. Obviously they’re on to something and by exploring and proving it up, they always have the option of selling a portion of it or selling the whole lot for a big chunk of money. Money that can fund production and future expansion etc.  If they prove up another Kakula or several Kakulas then they can be fast tracked in the name of economics (i.e mine the highest grade first) ahead of Kamoa/Kansoko. 

More importantly, the new exploration doesn’t come at the expense of mine development.  All 3 projects are bring fast tracked regardless of what happens on the exploration side. It’s like a bonus


More resources. 
Can only attract more money.
More money ,more certainty!
