RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Hey! That sketchy Second Cup link is back onlineWho's decided that HIP, or AUROA, or CANOPY are producing the 'most popular strains'? We don't have any market data, sales information or consumer data, yet you've decided they're growing the most popular. This is part of the problem. It's simply a lie to tell yourself they're growing the most popular, regardless of grower or brand.
Here are the 5 most popular strains sold in Holland;

You notice how none of the 'popular' strains in those lists match?
Is HIP growing any of the strains that are most popular in Holland? How about Colorado?
As for third party, I thought this was 'exclusive'. That eliminates third parties unless HIP is going to start buying from other growers. Also, as someone pointed out Strain X grown by one company won't be the same as the same strain grown by another. Even if you buy a 10 pack of seeds, each plant will have its own characteristics which is why they make mothers out of the strongest plants, they want to avoid the inconsistencies of growing from seed (and turn time of course).

One of the brilliant aspects of Newstrike is their limited brands (I believe only 5). They only produce the most popular strains so availability should be prevalent from third parties.

They will just outsource from sh!ttier LP's that didn't get provincial supply deals...like Invictus or Harvest One.
They changed their name to Newstrike Brands for a reason. Distribution networks are key when dealing drugs...it doesn't matter where the sh!t's coming from. As long as it passes Up Cannabis' strict quality control of THC per square foot...which I'm sure their technicians/growers can teach rather easily...then everything is going to be fine.
Monday morning is gonna be a sold out show for all those who sold their HIP shares before the bell Friday. For the rest of us.....it's gonna be money money money $$$ $$$ $$$
;-p
You can't assume the most "popular" strains are the same genetics from company to company. Do all companies get their seeds/clones from the same sources? No, no they dont. So much ignorance.
