Agreed. I'm not doubting the company in any way, and I'm quite impressed with the way they managed to integrate multiple licenses to increase production capacity in Cali. I know that some question the profitability of sourcing out the space, but I am more than confident that the individual space leasers are under restricted contracts (minimum price points in exchange for fully functional grow space and the logistics in place for their business). I also agree about the compliant production. I feel that Cali will be cleaning up the trash so to speak very soon, and due to a loss of supply, snn may easily capture a nice portion of the demand left unfilled.
I do recall laughing at the medmen facility size, revs vs cap, and overall slimy way ownership jacked up value right before listing. I'm also still stupefied at the 460M share count on the horizon once fully diluted. But the fact they have a 1.4B cap, should definitely bode well for sunniva's future price point, considering medmen is basically the footlocker at the moment, and sunniva's the Nike, with their shoes filling shelves, while also fulfilling hats/clothing lines via extracts, vape connoisseur, and then their own 2 tier direct to consumer retail via facility and NHS dispensaries.
Retail is a more expensive game with lower margins when buying supply, so I would expect to see SNN leapfrog comps like organigram and Medmen in the near future.
