The Trading Volumes for DLI have been WAY HIGHER since the middle of this month!!!!

Indicating that the Summer Doldrums are already OVER.

And YES__most likely a good time to buy__as more and more looking like this could
be the Bottem__as I have previously suggested already a few times eh!
