RE:RE:Nova Scotia. What a economic mess. 1.8 billion plus other heYou should know this. Four provinces do not get equalization paymernts. They are Alberta. British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Newfoundland & Labrador. They are classified as 'have provinces'.
We do not 'collect' payments from other provinces. Always best to get your facts  before posting.
